🛒 Ordering & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash, ABA Bank transfers, and KHQR payments.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting us directly before it has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you offer nationwide delivery?
    Yes, we deliver across Cambodia. Remote provinces are handled through either our in-house team or trusted third-party couriers.
  • Can I schedule a delivery date or time?
    Yes. You may schedule a preferred delivery time by calling us after placing your order.
  • Can I track my order?
    While we do not yet offer live tracking, you can call our support line at +855 15 423 303 to check your order status.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Delivery is free within Phnom Penh for orders over $100 or if your location is along our regular delivery routes. For deliveries to outer areas, fees may apply. However, large orders may qualify for waived delivery charges.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
    You can return or exchange items within 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • Which items are not eligible for return?
    Paints and promotional/discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Can I exchange instead of refund?
    Yes, exchanges are allowed for items of the same category and price range.

🧱 Product Information

  • Are your products always in stock?
    Most items are kept in stock. However, some items may be custom-made or temporarily out of stock and can be pre-ordered, typically taking 30–45 days.
  • Can I purchase tiles by the piece?
    Most tiles are sold by the box (especially those measured in m²). Some models may be available per piece, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • Can I request tile samples?
    Yes, tile samples are available for a small sample fee, which will be refunded when you confirm your full order.
  • Will the product look exactly like the photo?
    Product photos are for reference only. Actual color and texture may vary due to lighting or screen settings. We recommend requesting a sample or visiting our showroom for accuracy.

🛠 Installation & Services

  • Do you offer installation services?
    For sanitary ware, we offer connections to handymen for installation services. For tile installation, we can refer you to trusted tiling professionals or contractors.

🏪 Store & Pickup

  • What are your business hours?
    Our store is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Can I pick up my order in-store?
    Yes. Same-day pickup is available but must be confirmed with our team in advance. Bring your order number for verification.
  • Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
    No appointment is needed. You are welcome to visit our showroom anytime during business hours to explore our collections.
