We currently offer delivery services within Cambodia only.

  • We do not ship to island destinations.
  • For remote provinces, we will arrange delivery through trusted third-party couriers whenever available.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • In-House Delivery: For orders within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas.
  • Third-Party Couriers: For remote provinces and areas outside our regular delivery routes.
  • Customer Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order from our showroom, warehouse, or a pre-arranged delivery point. Please bring your order number and a confirmation message.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

  • Standard processing time: Same-day or next-business-day shipping for most orders.
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days under normal conditions. During peak seasons or due to special circumstances, delivery may take 2–5 business days.
  • Certain products may require additional handling time due to size or logistics.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
  • Orders below $100 may incur a delivery fee based on distance and delivery method.
  • We often provide free delivery within Phnom Penh, especially when your location is along our active delivery routes.

Customers who prefer self-pickup can collect their orders by presenting a valid order number at any of the following:

  • Our showroom
  • Our warehouse
  • A mutually agreed-upon pickup point (based on schedule and confirmation)

We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup and confirm the time and location.
