Return & Refund Policy

At KT Ceramics, we strive to provide quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Returns 

  • Returns are accepted for tiles, sanitary ware and electronics only that are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging.
  • Returned tiles must not be dirtied, cracked, or altered in any way.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Paints are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Promotional or discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

📅 Return Window

Returns must be made within 45 days from the purchase date. Customers must present the original receipt as proof of purchase.

📍 Return Locations & Conditions 

  • All returns must be delivered by the customer to our warehouse or processed at our showroom for tiles.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and in a resellable condition.
  • If you request pickup for returns, a 20% surcharge based on product value will apply.

💵 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after item inspection.
  • Refunds can be issued in cash or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
  • Customers may opt to exchange items within the same category and price range.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery.
  • If a product is found to be damaged due to our delivery, our team on-site will verify and replace it immediately.
  • Once goods are handed over to the customer and accepted in good condition, KT Ceramics will not be held responsible for any damages discovered afterward.
