Warranty Policy

At KT Ceramics, we take pride in offering quality products that are built to last. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and claim process for applicable items such as electronics, faucets, and other mechanical or water-connected products.

🔒 Warranty Coverage

The following warranty periods apply from the date of purchase: 

  • Electronics (e.g., water pumps, heaters, fans): 6-month limited warranty
  • Faucets, valves, and mechanical sanitary fittings: 3-year limited warranty
  • Other sanitary ware (e.g., sinks, toilets): 3-year limited warranty
  • For products without formal warranty from the manufacture we will cover the limited warranty for up to 3-Years but eligible for inspection at delivery time

All warranties are applicable only for manufacturing defects and not for damage due to installation, misuse, wear and tear, or improper maintenance.

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical damage after delivery or installation
  • Improper use or handling (e.g., use of high-pressure water beyond product rating)
  • Corrosion or scaling due to hard water or improper cleaning agents
  • Damage from third-party installation or electrical faults
  • Any product installed without following standard procedures

📄 Proof Required for Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide the following:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos or video of the issue, where applicable
  • The product itself for inspection (if necessary)
