Installation
Installation
1. Shut Off Main Water Supply: Before installation, ensure that the water supply is completely turned off.
2. Prepare the Pipe Threads: Clean and dry the inlet and outlet threads; use PTFE tape if needed to ensure leak-proof sealing.
3. Attach the Valve: Screw the male threaded inlet end into the water supply outlet and tighten using an appropriate wrench. Avoid overtightening to prevent thread damage.
4. Connect Fixture Hose: Attach the fixture hose or pipe to the valve’s outlet side and tighten securely.
5. Test for Leaks: Restore water supply and check all threaded connections for leakage. Tighten slightly if required.
